Cami Privacy Policy
Scope of this Cami notice
This privacy policy explains how personal data connected with Cami is handled on a Google Play Android device. The package is a private breathing practice and care-entry journal that keeps timed loops and weekly progress charts on the handset you control. There is no public feed, no remote gallery, and no cloud drafting surface. Core care entries and chart values remain under your control on the device. The chapters below say what can leave the phone and what stays in the journal. The only outbound network path described below is the fetch of a hosted legal page. Cami does not read an advertising identifier, an AAID, or a Google advertising ID.
Cami is offered to adults who have reached 18 / eighteen years of age, and a minor must not use Cami. The controller does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Controller, Chengdu street, and the date in force
Sichuan Jianxinhua E-commerce Co., Ltd. controls the personal data Cami actually receives. The postal address is No.A-242 (Self-numbered), Attached No.9-88, Section 1, Cluma Road, Wuhou District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. Privacy correspondence shall be sent to itchisammiarvey@gmail.com. This privacy policy takes effect on 2026-09-19. A finished privacy request is usually answered inside 15 business days.
Breath loops and week charts on the phone
On the Android copy you install from Google Play, a session typically means starting a timed breath loop, jotting a short care remark beside that loop, and reviewing a week chart built from values already stored on the handset. Those entries are written for your own review. Cami does not publish them to other holders and does not keep a remote community board. Saving a care entry does not require a sign-in to a remote identity. Existing photos placed through Android Photo Picker stay on the device as attachments you choose; that picker path is not Camera. The package never reads location coordinates for a breath loop or a chart, and it never opens a video capture path.
A letter the holder chooses to send can reach the controller, and so can the technical note written when a legal page is requested. Care notes, spoken remarks, stills, and temporary screen files stay on the phone unless the holder pastes a note into that letter.
What happens if Camera is refused
If Camera is refused, Cami cannot create a fresh still for a care entry you are drafting. Typed remarks, breath timers, and week charts continue to function without that capture path. Camera access starts only after you press the shutter control on a screen that needs a new picture, and the sensor run is not in the background. A care note can still be typed when the shutter never opens. You may revoke Camera in Android Settings at any time; after revocation, new still capture stops while the rest of the local journal keeps working. Optional stills that already sit in local storage are not uploaded by Cami. A denied camera grant does not disturb typed notes.
What happens if Microphone is refused
Withholding Microphone leaves spoken remarks unavailable beside a timed loop; the text journal and the week chart remain usable. Microphone access waits for your press on the recorder control before any audio sample is written locally. Closing Microphone in Android Settings ends that capture path going forward. Spoken remarks that stay on the device are not treated as a collected Microphone audio category on the Play form, because they are not sent to the controller. A refused microphone path leaves week charts intact.
Notes and stills that stay on the device
Care entries, week-chart values, optional stills, and spoken remarks are organised as local files on the handset. Photos attached to an entry through Android Photo Picker are likewise local attachments. Those materials are not declared as collected Photos / Videos, Microphone audio, or App activity on the Play Data safety form, because they are not received by the controller. Uninstalling Cami or clearing the app’s storage in Android Settings removes the local store. There is no hosted member file to close and therefore no account-deletion workflow on a remote console.
Cami does not sell personal information. Cross-context advertising is not a use of that information, because care entries stay on the phone. A week chart on this listing is not a paid extra.
Mail legal bases under the GDPR
When the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies inside the EU or the EEA, Cami uses the legal bases in this chapter for records that reach it. Answering a mailbox question about a breath chart is performance of a contract. Legitimate interests cover reading a complaint about a care entry that arrived by mail. If a statute requires that file to be kept, the legal obligation is that duty. Sending the letter is the holder's consent. Another letter to itchisammiarvey@gmail.com withdraws that consent.
The holder may lodge a complaint. The supervisory authority for where the holder lives, works, or raises the problem can take it. Personal information is not sent abroad for product features; the only overseas movement that can occur is the HTTPS fetch of a hosted legal page described in the next chapter.
Data Protection Officer mailbox for Cami
There is no separately named Data Protection Officer. Privacy mail, including questions that would otherwise go to a Data Protection Officer, shall be addressed to itchisammiarvey@gmail.com.
Fetching a hosted legal page
Cami asks a hosting provider for one hosted legal page at a time. HTTPS server logs note that request. One reply can be this privacy policy. Another reply can be the terms of use. Another reply can be the children's notice. Those logs describe the request. Care entries are not placed in them. Sharing does not occur for a public feed or for matching other holders, because Cami keeps care entries on the handset.
Retention by kind of record
Retention follows the kind of record rather than a single calendar for every file.
Care entries, week charts, stills, spoken remarks, and temporary files stay on the phone until the holder deletes an entry, wipes Cami storage, or removes the app. Those files were never copied to the company, so no remote clock runs over them.
Letters at itchisammiarvey@gmail.com stay open with the enquiry. After the reply they are cleared, except where a statute keeps the file.
Those logs end when the host's own schedule ends. The controller does not keep a second archive of that technical note.
Safeguards around mailbox mail
Mailbox mail that actually arrives is protected with layered organisational and technical measures. Only staff who must answer privacy requests may open the privacy mailbox. Messages are reviewed on secured workstations. Credentials for the mailbox are unique and rotated when staff change. Outbound replies avoid repeating more personal data than the enquiry requires. The controller does not claim that any transmission is impossible to intercept, and no absolute security warranty is given. If you believe a message you sent has been mishandled, write to itchisammiarvey@gmail.com so the matter can be investigated. Local files on your handset remain under Android’s storage protections that you control through the system settings.
Access, correction, erasure, and a copy
You may request access to personal data the controller actually holds about you by emailing itchisammiarvey@gmail.com. Describe the period and the channel so the mailbox can locate the correspondence.
If a letter is inaccurate or incomplete, request correction and point to the personal information to fix. Use itchisammiarvey@gmail.com and point to the message date.
Ask itchisammiarvey@gmail.com to delete personal information the controller received, unless the law still demands that letter. Files on the phone are removed by the holder. The controller cannot reach that handset.
The holder can ask for an electronic copy of mail the controller actually has, and of logs the host can tie to that request. If nothing arrived, the reply says so.
California, Virginia, adults, children, and updates
The California Consumer Privacy Act, read with the California Privacy Rights Act, is available to a California resident. That resident may email itchisammiarvey@gmail.com to confirm whether Cami sold or shared personal information about them. Cami does not sell personal information. Care entries are not shared for cross-context behavioural advertising, because they stay on the phone. Use itchisammiarvey@gmail.com to opt out of selling. You may call that message a do-not-sell request.
A resident of Virginia may rely on the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act. Cami shows no ads, so targeted advertising is not part of the journal. A breath chart does not decide legal rights, so profiling for that kind of effect is not part of the journal either. The Virginia reader may email itchisammiarvey@gmail.com to refuse a sale. Breath charts stay on the phone either way.
Cami was not designed for children. Listing text is not marketed toward children. The journal is not directed at children. Breath timers and week charts are the whole product. Cami has no child-focused features. Once Cami knows a writer is under eighteen, it does not collect that writer's personal information, because the screens are for a grown holder. Cami gathers no children's sensitive identifiers. Biometric data belonging to a child is also uncollected. A parent or guardian may email itchisammiarvey@gmail.com to seek access to children's information that reached the mailbox, to demand its deletion, and to stop processing of it.
When this privacy policy is revised, the new text is published with an updated effective date. Continued use of Cami after the new date means the revised notice governs going forward. Prior editions are replaced by the dated text then posted.
